Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FixMyAd (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FixMyAd analyzes video advertisements using AI and returns scores, diagnostics, and recommendations, including suggested hooks, scripts, and A/B variants. The Service provides informational guidance only. We do not guarantee any particular advertising result, performance lift, or return on ad spend.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Credits, payments, and refunds

  • Analyses are paid for using credits. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are added to your account once payment is confirmed.
  • One credit is consumed per analysis. If an analysis fails due to an error on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your account balance.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except as required by law.
  • If you request a refund of a credit purchase, any refund granted will reduce your credit balance proportionally to the amount refunded. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@fixmyad.io.
  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.

4. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the videos and materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including transmitting it to the sub-processors described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you own or have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you lack rights to.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape our outputs at scale.
  • Abuse, automate, or circumvent the credit or rate-limiting systems.

6. AI-generated output

Recommendations and rewrites are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them. AI output is provided "as is" and is not professional marketing, legal, or financial advice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by FixMyAd and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you may use the analysis reports we generate for you for your own business purposes.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Any remaining credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixMyAd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FixMyAd is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
